Lee Davies joins HNW!
We are thrilled to announce that Lee Davies has joined us as a Director at HNW Architects.
Lee had been a Director at Conran and Partners since 2007, having set up and led their Brighton studio. He was a key leader in their portfolio expansion in the masterplanning, regeneration and housing sectors.
Lee’s appointment aligns with HNW’s vision for the future and represents a new era for the practice. HNW will continue to build upon its strong relationships with current clients, alongside exploring exciting opportunities in an ever-expanding portfolio across multiple sectors.
Lee’s appointment follows strategic leadership developments at HNW, with Rosie Mitchell joining the board in April, alongside significant senior management team promotions in August.
Rosie Mitchell, Director – “we are delighted that Lee has joined HNW and are in no doubt that as a collective we will continue to grow the creativity and reputation of our business.”
Steve Duffy, Director – “Lee’s wider knowledge, experience and abilities, will continue to strengthen, evolve and diversify our architectural capabilities and complement the expertise we already have in our practice.”
Lee brings a strong people-centred approach to architecture that mirrors HNW’s ethos and plans for the practice. Whilst at Conran and Partners, Lee was responsible for leading a number of significant projects including: the multi-phased regeneration of Green Man Lane; Housing Design Award winning Baylis Old School; transformation of the former Walthamstow Greyhound Stadium; St John’s Primary School, Ealing, and Hailsham Town Centre Masterplan.
Lee – “I’m thrilled to be joining HNW at this exciting time of change for the practice and I look forward to embracing the opportunities that lie ahead in partnership with a team that clearly share my direction, drive and values.”
