LCP Office Retrofit Completed
Our project for LCP (Lane Clarke & Peacock) in Winchester with Overbury has been completed and handed over. Following initial conversations with LCP we sought to provide brand alignment and blend together a variety of engaging workplace environments enabling them to embrace a changing workplace culture.
Commenced pre-COVID, the brief was multifaceted, requiring a bold concept that engendered a change in office culture, blended focused workspaces with flexible relaxed work environments and accommodate a range of functional needs centred around process and task demands. The early implementation of this change has given LCP an ideal environment to embrace the new and emerging ways and places in which we will work as we all start to return to offices.
Working with Lane Clark & Peacock, HNW Architects developed concept and detailed design proposals that were underpinned by a detailed space utilisation review. The review informed and enabled change to the existing workplace culture and improvements in occupancy and space utilisation within a new spacious and relaxed workplace. The Cat-B fitout provides LCP with 2,650m2 of high quality office space over three floors with access to a roof terrace and spectacular views across Winchester.
