Work has started on the third and final phase of the Varley Halls development at the University of Brighton, delivered with HNW Architects.

Varley Halls is a sensitive scheme, nestled into the slopes of the South Downs in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Phase 3 comprises a further 4 separate Halls of Residences, providing another 214 student study bedrooms within flat clusters, the main contractor for this Phase is GRAHAM Construction.

Complete with its own energy centre, the total Varley Halls scheme achieves a BREEAM rating of “excellent” and includes some 635 new purpose built Student Study Bedrooms and a state of the art Student Hub Building.
