Lancing regeneration plans

We are delighted to have submitted planning for the regeneration of an underutilised hinterland site in Lancing for Adur District Council.

The sensitive infill development of 7 highly sustainable mews houses will assist in the delivery of much needed homes for vulnerable families in the area.

The new Council owned Emergency Accommodation is of a highly sustainable design that seeks to employ offsite manufacturing and modern methods of construction to assist with speed of construction, minimising disruption and achieving high levels of quality.
