Our second studio 1 year on

This week sees the first anniversary of the opening of our second studio in Brighton and Hove! And what a year it’s been….
We opened our new working hub to offer a progressive flexible work environment for our team and clients; consolidate and spread our growth throughout London and the Southeast; attract new clients, win new projects and extend sector spread as well as reinforcing our already strong association with the city.

Our newest studio in Platf9rm, (recently recognised by Elle magazine Top 10 new hybrid office space in the UK) offers highly inspiring and creative space that has seen us attracting the best possible talent, growing the team locally, whilst offering existing and new staff choice in where and how to work.
Platf9rm is a collaborative co-working space known for its lively and collaborative culture and reflects our own work adapting existing office spaces for our clients
Andy Clemas, HNW Director
We have looked at the changes to working patterns and environments for new and existing clients to challenge the norms of office spaces and have produced adaptable, dynamic and engaging spaces for our clients and their employees.

Our teams are united across both our Chichester and Hove studios giving flexibility on where and how we work, this has proven particularly helpful in enabling us to be even closer to some of our local projects given the variety of work and activity the practice has within the city.
The new studio has reinforced our work in Brighton with the likes of Pelham Street progressing on site, projects with the University of Brighton and Jaguar Land Rover, as well as a variety of our projects at BHASVIC being recognised in awards

The opening of our new studio also coincided with Lee Davies joining us as a director. Lee brings a strong people-centred approach and has extensive knowledge and experience in residential led master planning, new build and refurbishment projects consolidating and bolstering our work in these sectors. Lee is also a registered Conservation Architect and has extensive and varied experience in the treatment of historic and listed buildings.
It’s been an exceptionally exciting first 12 months that has seen us working on everything from highly sensitive conservation led projects through to large scale master planning work for 1,000s of new homes
Lee Davies, HNW Director
Evidence of our forging closer links with the city and nurturing local talent can be seen in our widened engagement with local schools and University. We’ve participated in BHASVIC career fairs, given talks on low carbon buildings with schools, mentored three university students and employed a Part I student.
