Blockhouse progress update
Almost there!
We are delighted to see our residential designs for the ‘The Blockhouse’ at Pelham Street, in the heart of Brighton, nearing completion.
The finishing touches are being applied to the 135 high-quality build to rent (BTR) homes, complete with shared amenity facilities on a challenging city centre site for Osborne Developments. This ambitious project will offer a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and townhouses. The shared main entrance, residents lounge, gym, and communal roof terrace will promote a sense of community and interaction among its residents.

The apartments are now available for prospective tenants under the new name, ‘The Blockhouse’. A nod to the Brighton’s history, ‘The Blockhouse’ is named after a 16th century clifftop structure built to defend the city from coastal attack and was lost to the sea in 1786.
